Privacy Policy
Pursuant to Art. 13 section 1 and 2 of the Personal
Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) we would like to inform you
that the Administrator of your personal data is KMW Engineering Sp. z o. o.,
ul. Powstańców 8a, 86-050 Solec Kujawski, which means that it is responsible
for their safe use and in accordance with the contract and applicable
regulations.

Your personal data may be processed on the basis of
the concluded contract or activities at your request before concluding the
contract (GDPR Art. 6, section 1, letter b) in order to:
- conclusion
and implementation of the contract,
- performance
of the ordered service and issuing an invoice and will be processed for
the period resulting from the legal provisions imposed on the
Administrator and pursuing claims related to the service,
- handling
complaints,
- legitimate
interests of the Administrator or by a third party (GDPR Art. 6, section
1, letter f),
- fulfilling
the legal obligation imposed on the Administrator.
You have the right to:
- access
to your personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of
processing, the right to transfer personal data,
- object
to such processing,
- submit
a complaint to the competent supervisory authority in the field of
personal data protection if you believe that the processing of your personal
data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of
April 27, 2016.
Personal data will be stored for the period required
by applicable law, based on the legitimate interest pursued by the
Administrator, no less than for the duration of the contract and the expiration
of any claims.
